 An appealing figure, added with attraction and beauty of a woman is always the true asset to her. I often encounter beautiful women but lacking an appealing sexy figure. 


How to gain a very very hot and sexy figure by a common woman. Achieving such a figure is not an easy task. A painter can draw an erotic painting of such a woman or a sculptor can curve out such a sensuous figure through his works within a short period of time. In reality,  for a woman, it's not as easy as we think. But I can assure you, any woman, between late teens to 40s, can shape her body as she wishes.

How a woman can make her desired hourglass figure. The woman needs dedication and perseverance. She must truly love her body. Moreover, it needs time so patience too.


How to start the journey 


  1. Be always active and positive: Constant activeness and positive mentality give a man or woman an attractive aura. A lethargic man with a negative mentality can never achieve a good personality and also a good body posture. 

  2. Do regular exercise: Regular exercise can give you a nice body shape. You can carve out your body into your desired shape by doing exercise. But you must be aware of which type of exercise will help you at what moment. But it's sure that you must do all the exercises emphasising on your desired ones. In this context I would like to suggest you to go for yoga postures. Give more than an hour everyday on exercises. 

You must do both the exercises - the high impact workouts and low impact workouts. 

  1. Also go for running and walking: Running is good and walking too. Morning or the evening period is very ideal for running or walking. Choose two-three days for walking or running in a week. This can reduce fats in your body and also give you a very attractive posture. Just try it during your walk. It's highly effective. Instead of walking or running you can play volleyball or football with your friends. 

  2. Maintain your diet: Always maintain your diet. Avoid some foods which have high amounts of fats.

  3. Go for proper sleep: Your body always needs proper and adequate sleep. You need at least 6 hours of sleep a day.


  1. Always do routine study which builds confidence and puts you in a good mood: Similar to your body you will need mental foods and exercises. Your bodily exercises will increase your brain power. Just work on it.


  1. Take rest: Your body needs rest. Be attentive to it. You will know when and how much it requires. 

  2. Neither stay hungry nor take too full: Staying hungry or over-eating can never be a good choice. Never do exercises with an empty stomach. Before morning exercise you can take soaked chana. 

  3. Always remember about what and why you are doing this: You must not forget why you are adopting a new routine. Always keep focused on that you are going to change your body shape in your own way. When you will start to get the results I'm sure you will always remain focused. 

  4. Drink ample water to keep the body hydrated: Keep your body hydrated. Drink a minimum of eight glasses of water in a day. It has immense benefits.

We need an attractive figure and most of us know something which helps us in attaining such a body. But we always procrastinate or give up within a couple of days. Be consistent and start it from today, the results are on your way.
